Date Masamune : In Shu Story - Gaiden 5, complete the optional missions given
Hattori Hanzo : Default Character for Wu Story
Ishikawa Goemon : In Shu Story - Gaiden 4, break all of Goemon's treasure boxes
Kunoichi : In Wu Story - Gaiden 4, successfully escort all peasants
Maeda Keiji : In Wu Story - Gaiden 6, make sure all ally reinforcements are alive and reach Keiji's base before time limit shows 10 minutes remaining
Mori Ranmaru : Clear Wu Story - Stage 1
Nouhime : In Wu Story - Gaiden 3, prevent all messengers from leaving the map
Oda Nobunaga : Default Character for Sengoku Story
Oichi : Clear Wei Story - Stage 6
Okuni : Clear Sengoku Story - Stage 3

Kotaro Fuuma : In Wu Story - Chapter 2-X, defeat him after all supply troops have reached your HQ
Tadakatsu Honda : In ALL Stories - Chapter 7-X, Impress Honda by defeating him as soon as possible
Yoshimoto Imagawa : In Wei Story - Chapter 4-X. Prevent all ploy troops from entering the village
Inahime (Lady Ina) : Clear Wu Story - Chapter 5
Mitsunari Ishida : Clear Wei Story - Chapter 2
Musashi Miyamoto : In Shu Story - Chapter 6-X. Successfully open the dam by escorting Miyamoto Musashi into it. Defeat Lu Bu, and also keep all the swordsmen alive
Kanetsugu Naoe : Clear SW Story - Chapter 7
